Telenor Pakistan is proud to launch Open Mind Pakistan.
This is the “First Special Trainee Program” of its kind by any employer in Pakistan under our flagship Disability initiative Khuddar Pakistan.
It is a unique program designed to enhance the employability prospects of persons with disabilities and enable them to work in a competitive corporate environment.
Under this program a selected batch of People with Disabilities will undergo a 3 months training and afterwards one trainee each shall be placed as trainees in every division of Telenor Pakistan for a period of 9 months.
Through this program, Telenor Pakistan hopes to become a more accessible, inclusive and diverse organization by encouraging the influx of talent purely on the basis of equal opportunity and ability, regardless of any disabilities.
